Tour Description
Adventure tour including boating and hiking; also visits to typical villages, impressive landscapes and tourist attractions such as the renowned Colca Canyon; intense contact with the ecological system of the region and last but not least, wonderful sightings from high places conveniently selected.
Departure from the city of Arequipa at 8:00 am to visit scenic and architectural attractions; then also a relaxing visit to the thermal waters of La Calera, hiking and boating combined on the second day. On the third day, visit to the Cruz del Condor to observe the landscape of the canyon, visit typical villages and also stop at the gazer to appreciate all the beautiful immensity of the region. On your return to the city of Arequipa, we can assure you that you will have great memories of a wonderful vacation in Peru, having toured one of the most interesting regions of the Peruvian Andes!

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1:
Departure from the city of Arequipa will be at 8:00 am towards the Colca Valley, visiting places of tourist interest like the National Reserve of Aguada Blanca, Bofedales de Toccra (Toccra Plains) and Mirador de los Andes (Andes Gazer); we will arrive to Chivay for lunch and to check in the hotel. In the afternoon walk to the ruins of Uyo-Uyo, the bridge and colcas of Chininia until we reach the village of Yanque, where we will be waiting for the bus to ride to the thermal waters La Calera. In the evening we’ll have dinner (not included), and after that we spend the night in our hotel.

Day 2:
Early breakfast at the hotel, and then we will leave for the village of Sibayo, where there will be boating for approximately 2 hours, until we reach Tuti, where the adventure will end, next it will be lunch time. In the afternoon we’ll go on a hike from the village of Canocota to the thermal waters of La Calera; on this way we can appreciate queñuales forests (typical bush of the Andes) and a fascinating landscape. In the evening we will have dinner (not included) and then sleep at the hotel.

Day 3:
We will have breakfast in the hotel and head very early to the Cruz del Cóndor, where you will be able to observe the depth of the canyon and the majestic flight of the condors. Return by visiting the typical villages of Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma, Yanque, Mirador de Antahuilque Antahuilque Gazer) and Choquetico. We will have lunch in Chivay (not included), then return to the city of Arequipa at 4:00 pm.
