    Day 1:

You will be picked up at your hotel at 9:00 am with a shuttle from our company. For this circuit we will take a road that will allow us to appreciate the impressive beauty of the Andes mountains north of the city of Cusco; during our tour, the professional guide will illustrate us extensively about Inca history. Our Sacred Valley was undoubtedly a key territory in the Inca times and remains so today. The first tour begins in Pisac, an archaeological site of great architectural and agricultural importance; after exploring it we will head to the town of Pisac to enjoy the largest artisan market in the Cusco región. Then we will go to Urubamba for a delicious lunch.

Continuing with our trip we will head to the district of Ollantaytambo, located approximately 60 km northwest of the city of Cusco, where the archaeological site of the same name is located. We will finish with Chinchero, where the Ayamarcas tribe lived, who defended their territory and gave strong resistance before accepting their incorporation into the Inca empire; Chinchero was the place chosen by the Inca Tupac Yupanqui to establish his residence, where he built beautiful palaces for his personal use. In 1536, in the midst of the Spanish invasion, Manco Inca rebelled by setting fire to that city so that the invaders would not renew their provisions and would stop pursuing them while fleeing into the jungle. Finally we will return to the city of Cusco at 7:00 pm. A wonderful tour through a very impressive region of the Andes, ideal for the best of your Peru vacation!
