Tour that begins in the city of Cusco and first arrives at the Hydroelectric of Machu Picchu, passing before by several typical villages and beautiful places of the Andes. The tour continues with an adventure trek from this place to the village of Aguas Calientes; on the next day, the long-awaited two-and-a-half-hour visit to the citadel of Machu Picchu takes place. On our way back we will visit again the Hydroelectric of Machu Picchu, and the tour will end in the city of Cusco. The ideal way to have a vacation trip which you will enjoy very much and to have the most beautiful memories of Peru.

  Day 1:

  We will pick you up from the hotel in Cusco at 7:00 am to visit the Hydroelectric. On the way we will pass by the imposing and beautiful city of Urubamba, which is surrounded by huge mountains that form a fascinating and unforgettable landscape. Two hours later we will see more beautiful mountains, the most important being the Apu Abra Malaga, which is as snowy as it is formidable because it stands in a very cold area. Arriving in Santa Maria we will have lunch and then pass by Santa Teresa, finishing the trip at the Hydroelectric.

  After that we will begin the two-hour trek to Aguas Calientes; on the way we will appreciate the wonderful beauty of nature, including the river that flows from Machu Picchu, the singing of the birds, and the infinity of typical plants and animals. We will arrive at the village of Machu Picchu between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm; then gather at the village’s square and there our guide will pick us up. We will leave our luggage in our hotel and enjoy a light dinner at a local restaurant.

  Our guide will coordinate the next day´s visit to the citadel of Machu Picchu and then there will be time to explore the village of Machu Picchu and visit the Inca thermal baths, among other things.

  Day 2:

  We get up early at 4:30 am for breakfast, before heading to the Machu Picchu site. The trek takes about one hour on the Inca trail which will fill us with a lot of energy and spiritual power. At about 7:00 am we will see the first rays of the sun bathe the Machu Picchu site, a really fascinating scene, and then follows the professionally guided tour for two and a half hours. Then there will be time to take pictures at length and afterwards we will return to the Hydroelectric. The bus will wait until 2:30 pm to return to the city of Cusco, where we will arrive at approximately 10:00 pm.
