At about 10:00 am the hike continues; this day will be the most demanding because we will hike upwards throughout the day, passing through the rio Blanco area, where we will have lunch. The camp site is located 3 hours after lunch, in the Maizal area.

This fourth day we will ascend for 3 hours; bordering Yanama we will descend and stop at the Victoria mines. As an extra activity you could extract some amount of silver there (a very abundant mineral in that area) because these mines are now abandoned. Lunch will be served in the surroundings of this place; then we will descend to our camp in Yanama.

The hike on this day will be moderate due to the the area’s geography; we will walk down by some slopes where we can appreciate an enormous biodiversity. Lunch will be served at the Hydroelectric area, place in which we will aboard the train to the village of Aguas Calientes, so we can spend the night at the hotel.
